•    Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
•    Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ)
•    Sale statement
•    Evidence of Title
•    Local Authority Search
•    Drainage and Water search
•    Leasehold information (where applicable)

The HIP is now a necessity for all property transactions and is the responsibility of the seller to provide.
